An honest HVAC professional: After getting burnt a few times working with other contractors, I did not expect much when Vic came to our home to give us an estimate to replace our AC and re-do the ducting.  He spent more than an hour educating me about the pro’s, con’s, and Return on Investment (RoI) for the project.  He gave us a competitive bid on the job with options to do it in phases.   Unfortunately, we had to postpone it because of other unexpected and urgent repair in the home.
Recently, I asked Vic to give me an estimate to relocate our furnace to the garage.  Vic, as an honest professional, recommended me not to pursue the option because he did not see a justifiable RoI.  He told me “I would love to have the job but I don’t see it brings you any benefits”.
